Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat ghee in a pan, add onions, stir till they turn translucent then add ginger garlic paste, cumin coriander powder, slitted green chillies. Then add cauliflower, peas, beans, potatoes & stir.
* Step 2
Then add chopped tomatoes, carrots, salt as per taste, cover & cook till the vegetables are boiled.
* Step 3
When the vegetables are cooked, finish off with freshly grinded black pepper powder and chopped coriander & turn off the gas
* Step 4
And your healthy & tasty Mixed Sabzi is ready to serve! Serve it hot with flat bread/roti or steamed rice.
