Ingredient

1/2 teaspoon

salt

150 grams

butter

Chilled water

1 tablespoon

lemon juice

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a bowl put all purpose flour, add salt,

1 tablespoon butter, lemon juice and mix well

* Step 3

Knead a soft dough with chilled water and rest for 1/2 an hour.

* Step 4

Now roll up Dough in a rectangle shape, spread 25% butter on dough and book fold it and keep it in fridge for 1 hour in a cling film

* Step 5

After one hour take out from fridge and again roll up again spread butter on dough and book fold and keep it for 1 hour do this process at Least 7 times 4 times with butter and 3 without butter

* Step 6

Keep final pastry sheet in ziplock bag use this sheet next day

* Step 7

Take one pastry sheet and roll out cut square shape with a sharp knife

* Step 8

Put chocolate in pastry sheet fold and bake for 14 minutes or till light golden brown 180 degree convection mode preheated microwave

* Step 9

After that your chocolate puff pastry is ready

* Step 10

Serve with chocolate sauce enjoy
