Vegetable curd rice

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take a bowl add Rice, curd and salt and mix well
* Step 2
Now take a small wok heat oil and add mustard seed, Curry leaves, green chilli, onion, carrot and saute for 2 minutes
* Step 3
Add to curd rice mixture, transfer to the serving bowl and garnish with coriander leaves
