Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Add all ingredients of gatta in a bowl

* Step 2

Wash paalak and make puree

* Step 3

Add it in desan

Add all spices and make dough

* Step 5

Divide dough in 2 parts and roll in length with palm

* Step 6

Boil water and add rolled gatta in water

And boil them

When boil take them out and cut in equal parts

Save gatta water

Heat oil in kadhai add whole masala in oil

Add curry leaves

* Step 12

Mix all spices in curd

When jeera splutter add ginger and onion and saute

Add curd and stir continuously

When it leaves oil add gatta

Cook a little and add garam masala
