Keshri mishri roti

#diwali This is a wonderful,tasty,delightful easy to make and baked recipe of sweet to which one can make any time with easily available ingredients we can get in our kitchen.

Ingredient

Food ration :

4 servings

Cooking time :

15 mins
1 cup

flour

1/2 cup

powder sugar

1/2 cup

ghee

2 tsp

milk

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take ghee,sugar and flour in a bowl

* Step 2

Mix all of them

* Step 3

Soak saffron strands in hot milk

* Step 4

And mix it in mix

* Step 5

Bring all ingredients together

* Step 6

Take a baking tray and grease it

* Step 7

Transfer this mixture in tray

* Step 8

And with fingers and palm tap it and set in biscuit's thickness

* Step 9

And cut in desired shape

* Step 10

Bake for 10 min.in preheated oven at 180 degree

* Step 11

Let it cool

* Step 12

Then decorate with silver foil,mishri and Cardmon

* Step 13

Carefully remove all pieces and keep in container as we can keep them 15 days as it is and serve our guests
