#Zaike This is a royal paratha with lot of vegetable stuffing in it and cooked in butter.it is an ideal and wholesome breakfast .

Ingredient

1 cup

flour

1 tsp

salt

1/4 tsp

baking soda

1/2 cup

butter

1/4 cup

peas

1/2 cup

onion

2 cloves

garlic

to taste

Salt

1/2 tsp

chaat masala

1/2 tsp

cumin powder

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take flour and salt in a bowl

* Step 2

Add 1 tbsp butter

* Step 3

Make dough with required water and cover it

* Step 4

Heat oil in pan add jeera

* Step 5

Add garlic and onion saute them

* Step 6

Add curry leaves,ginger and green chilli

* Step 7

Now add all vegetables one by one and cook them

* Step 8

Add spices and mix

* Step 9

Divide dough in balls and roll down one ball

* Step 10

Spread filling in center and fold all sides and cover filling

* Step 11

Now again roll down with light hand this square para tha Add butter on tawa and cook para tha from both sides

* Step 12

Serve hot with curd,chutney and pickle
