Vegetable couscous upma

#Zaike Couscous upma is a quick recipe to make,add vegetables you desire and enjoy this super food and refresh yourself.

Ingredient

1/2 cup

couscous

1 tbsp

oil

1 tsp

ginger

1 tsp

jeera

Pinch

hing

1 tsp

urad dal

1 tbsp

lemon juice

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Heat water and add salt

* Step 2

Boil couscous 15 min.

* Step 3

When boil strain and remove water

* Step 4

Boil carrot,beans and peas

* Step 5

Heat oil in pan

* Step 6

Add jeera,hing,rai

* Step 7

Add urad daal and roast

* Step 8

Then add curry leaves and ginger

* Step 9

Add green chilli and onion

* Step 10

Saute onion and add bell peppers

* Step 11

Now add all boil veggies

* Step 12

Add salt and pepper and give a mix

* Step 13

Squeeze lemon juice

* Step 14

Garnish with coriander leaves

* Step 15

Serve hot
