Baked vegetable handvo Cake

#protein We all know that pulses are full of protein and carrot lauki are also very rich vegetables.handvo is a popular gujrati dish full of pulses and vegetables .Very very healthy and full of protein breakfast .

Ingredient

Rice

1/2 Cup

Chana Dal

1/4 Cup

Moong Dal

2 Tbsp

Urad Dal

1 cup

Curd

2 Tbsp

Oil

1 Tsp

Jeera

Pinch

hing

1/2 Tsp

Haldi Powder

1 Tsp

Sugar

1/2 Tsp

Baking Soda

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Soak all Dal and Rice for 3 to 4 Hours

* Step 2

Grind them and keep for whole night for fermentation

* Step 3

Add curd and vegetables and mix all of them.

* Step 4

Add salt, haldi Red chilli powder.

* Step 5

Add Sugar and Lemon Juice.

* Step 6

Heat oil for tadka. Add jeera, hing and Rai, sesame seeds and Curry Leaves

* Step 7

Add half Tadka in better take a Pan and Grease with oil.

* Step 8

Pour half remaining tadka in the an.

* Step 9

Add baking soda in better and lastly add ENO and mix finelly

* Step 10

Now pour this better in Pan and top it with remain Tadka.

* Step 11

Sprinkle some red chilli powder and bake it in pre-heater Ovvan for 15 to 20 min

* Step 12

At 180 degree

* Step 13

Check it with Knife. If knife came out with clean then Handvo Cake is ready and serve hot with chutney.
