Each season has it’s own beauties, but I am obsessed with Summer time and beautiful fruits of this season such as these gorgeous cherries. Cherry in Farsi language is called Gilas گیلاس
These beauties are fast and super easy recipe and delicious treat for any occasion. If you want you can soak them in Cherry Brandy too but my dipped cherries are alcohol free.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Melt the chocolate. Dip the bottoms of cherries in melted chocolate.
* Step 2
Let excess drip off. Dip it in sprinkle so that it sticks onto the chocolate. Transfer to the greaseproof paper.
Place them in the fridge for 15 minutes until the chocolate is set.. Voila they are ready.
