Keto Garlic Bread with almond flour نان سیر با آرد بادام
This is garlic bread in different way. It’s made with almond flour, cheese and garlic. Obviously it is garlic bread, but if you don’t like garlic taste, just skip it. Oh something else, when I baked and served this bread, no one could recognise it was almond flour bread 😁😁
Cooking instructions
* Step 2
Preheat the oven to 200C degree. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
Now, In a bowl, add grated mozzarella, cream cheese, some salt, almond flour, baking powder and garlic powder.
* Step 3
Microwave in high for 40 second or 1 minute. Until cheese melted. Add egg and combine all together. Now you have a medium runny batter (I mean it is soft and not look like a dough).
* Step 4
With a spatula, spread the batter on the tray. You can give a round or square shape to the batter.
* Step 5
Melt the butter in a pan. Add grated garlic, chopped green onion and 1 tbsp Parmesan cheese. Mix together.
* Step 6
Pour the mixture over top of the dough.
Place it in the oven and bake for 15 minutes, until beautifully golden.
