Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Keep all ingredients ready.Grinde all soaked dals, with chilli, salt, cumin seeds and coriander, with minimum water. Make paste.
* Step 2
Transe to a vessel. Add rice flour, hing. Mix well. Heat tge oil in a pan, leave the dal balls in hot oil. Fry on sim on both sides.
* Step 3
When daal vada is fried properly and becomes crisp, transe to serving plate. Dal vada is ready.
