Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Keep all basic ingredients ready. Heat the oil in a pan, add gram daal add semolina/sooji, roast on sim until raw smell of sooji goes. Turn off heat let semolina get cool.

* Step 2

Add chopped fresh coriander, salt, curd, little water -mix well to farm idli batter, grease idli vessel with oil, put the idli batter and carrot slice, steam in cooker /steamer on sim for 15 minutes. Turn off-gas. Remove idlis from the vessel. Enjoy with chutney and aloo sabji and chutney.
