Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Soak split gram dal /urad daal in water for 2 hours, then with fresh water paste it in mixer grinder. Mix the paste with rice semolina / rice sooji. Ferment the battter for 6 hours atleast.
* Step 2
After batter is fermented, add salt mix well, take litlle batter in 4 different cups, for one cup add ragi flour, another one add strawberry puree, third cup add turmeric and for last one add palak/spinach puree mix well.
* Step 3
Grease oil to idli making plates put colored and white batter in required colour and design. Steam in cooker for 20 minutes, let it cool for ten minutes. Take out hot idlis from plate serve with coconut chutney and samabar.
