Strawberry Rhubarb Crumble

This is my perfect dessert for May and June. It is an ideal dish for having guests since you can perpare it in advance. Hope you like it!

Ingredient

Food ration :

4-6 servings

Cooking time :

50 mins
500 g

rhubarb

60 g

butter

60 g

sugar

80 g

flour

1 pinch

cinnamon

1 dash

salt

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Preheat the oven to 200°C/390 F.

* Step 2

Wash strawberries and rhubarb, peel of the skin of the rhubarb. Cut strawberries and rhubarb into pieces and mix with 40 g brown sugar in a baking dish.

For the crumble knead together all ingredients quickly and scatter about the fruit.

Bake for 30-40 minutes until the crumbles are golden brown.

* Step 5

If you like serve with vanilla ice creme. Enjoy!
