Beef sandwich

I think the onions are the real hero of this sandwich, they keep the meat soft and flavorful.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Salt in cut up beef with season salt and garlic salt, sprinkle pepper over as well if desired.

* Step 2

Slice onion into thin slices

* Step 3

Heat a nonstick skillet on high and add just enough oil to coat the bottom.

* Step 4

Add beef and onions into the pan once hot. (The onions will get tender and brown)

Cook until ready, serve on a bun or slice of bread with spicy mayo, tomatoes and lettuce or whatever you like. Enjoy.
