Buttered carrots

We prepared once in school since they are prepared with blue band, I didn't eat them because I hate blue band. But I thought off preparing it at home for my siblings and family....I took some and I loved them. Since then I can't help but love it. It's simple, easy and fast to prepare.

Ingredient

2 tbsp

butter

1/2 tsp

salt

1 tsp

sugar

3/4 cup

water

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Put 1tbsp butter in a pan.

* Step 2

Add the salt and sugar in it.

* Step 3

Add the carrots and cover with a paper spreaded with butter.

* Step 4

Bring to boil till the water is completely evaporated.

* Step 5

Don't over cook.

* Step 6

Serve sprinkled with parsley.
