Rava Masala Dosa

#boxweek1 It is a soft and tender dosa with crispy edges and with potatoes filling inside.

Ingredient

Chana dal

1 tbsp

oil

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

First we will make potato stuffing

* Step 2

In a pan add oil, then add mustard seeds, Chana dal, onion and green chillies and saute.

* Step 3

Add potatoes, turmeric powder and salt, mix properly and its done.

* Step 4

Now we will make dosa

* Step 5

Add oil in a non-stick pan, heat it, stir the batter properly and pour a ladle full of batter. The layer of batter must be thin covering the pan. Drizzle few drops of oil in edges.

* Step 6

Cook for 2 minutes, when the edges started to lift away from pan flip to other side and cook for 20 seconds.

* Step 7

Now we have to assemble it together, lay out the dosa in a plate, add potato filling inside and roll.

* Step 8

Serve hot with chutney.
