I use to live in Tulsa, Oklahoma and worked at Taco Bueno and the recipe sort of stuck with me by adding the water while the meat is cooking.
Ingredient
3 tbsp
minced onions
2 cup
water (1 c. per lb)
1/2 medium
Jar of salsa
2 packages
taco seasoning (1 per lb)
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Crumble meat into skillet
* Step 2
Add water
* Step 3
Mix the water and meat well
* Step 4
Add seasonings
* Step 5
Allow cooking time stirring occasionally
* Step 6
Drain meat
* Step 7
Pour meat back into skillet and add salsa...stir
