Cooking instructions

* Step 1

For rice : Take a cooker add oil and add cumin seeds and black pepper and cook it for 1 minute.

* Step 2

Now add rice and water and cook for 10 minutes.

* Step 3

Now chawal is ready.

* Step 4

For chole : Soaked overnight and boil it for 15 minutes.

* Step 5

Now take a wok add oil and add cumin seeds.

* Step 6

Now add ginger and garlic paste and cook it for 2 - 3 minutes and add tomato puree and saute them.

* Step 7

Now add salt, red chilli powder and turmeric powder and add spices in it and cook it for 3 - 4 minutes.

* Step 8

And then put into boiled chole and water and mix it and cook it for 4 - 5 minutes.

* Step 9

Now also tasty chole and chawal is ready to serve.
