Quick and easy Japanese fried rice

All you need is rice, egg, and some random leftover vegetables! #onerecipeonetree

Ingredient

15 minutes

Olive oil

Onion

150 g

rice

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Pan fry the chopped onions with olive oil

Once onions are transparent, add in the chopped bacons

Once the bacons change colour, add in the lettuce

* Step 4

When lettuce is soft, add in eggs.

When the eggs are cooked, add in rice and chicken stock powder

* Step 6

Pan fry everything for 1.5 min with strong heat. Adjust the taste with salt and pepper. Add some soy sauce for some more flavour
