Japanese Udon with spinach and eggs
Super easy and no need to use a cutting board, less dishwashing!

* Step 1
Boil water and add mentsuyu
* Step 2
Once boiled, add Udon and spinach and cook for 2-3 min
* Step 3
Right before the Udon is cooked, stir in beaten eggs and let it cook for a minute
