* Step 1
Eggs ko boil kar ley. Tomatoes ka paste banaly. Pan may oil daal kar onion ko brown karen.
* Step 2
Jab brown ho jaye to is ko tomatoes ke sath grind kar lein
* Step 3
Oil me ginger or garlic paste daal kar bhoon lein
* Step 4
Phir is me tomatoes or onions ka paste daal dein or salt or red chilli powder bhi add kar dein
* Step 6
Masale ko achi tarha 3-4 mint bhoon ke is ka oil nikal jay pher as may boil chane daal kar mix kar or bhoone take masala chane may mix ho jay
* Step 7
Pher as may boil eggs daal kar 2 mint bhune. Pher as may 1 glass pani daal dein or 3 mint cook karein
* Step 8
As may Hari mirchen,hara dhaniya or garam masala daal dein
* Step 10
As ko naan ke sath serve karen
