Gosht me 1 pyaz, adrak ka slice, namak aur haldi daal kar boil karlen ke gosht gal jayen.

Aloo ko cheel kar, pani me namak aur zarde ka rang daal kar isko boil karlen.

Oil me garam masala daala, isme pyaaz daal dein.

Jab pyaz golden brown hojayen to isme lehsan adrak ka paste aur timatar add karen

Chilli flakes aur namak add karen.

Second teh lagayen aur upar fried onion daal kar dam pe rakhden
