Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Gosht me 1 pyaz, adrak ka slice, namak aur haldi daal kar boil karlen ke gosht gal jayen.
* Step 2
Aloo ko cheel kar, pani me namak aur zarde ka rang daal kar isko boil karlen.
* Step 3
Oil me garam masala daala, isme pyaaz daal dein.
* Step 4
Jab pyaz golden brown hojayen to isme lehsan adrak ka paste aur timatar add karen
* Step 5
Chilli flakes aur namak add karen.
* Step 6
Hari mirchen add karen!! aur sath hi baqi masalay add karen
* Step 7
Zeera powder aur garam masala add karen. add the meat and cook for a while
* Step 8
Boil the rice in salty boiling water. drain the rice
* Step 9
Pan me oil add karen,usme rice ke teh laga dein, masala gosht add karen aur potatoes bhi daal dein
* Step 10
Hara saman, tomatoes add karen.
* Step 11
Dahi me zarday ka rang add karen aur biryani me teh lagayen
* Step 12
Second teh lagayen aur upar fried onion daal kar dam pe rakhden
