Plain tea cake

it can not be tea time in our house without a tea cake. It’s just not right, #ambassador

Ingredient

1 cup

maida

1/2 tsp

baking soda

1 cup

oil

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Beat sugar and eggs until they become fluffy. Then add oil into it and beat for 2 mins. Then add yellow color.

* Step 2

When the mixture is fluffy, add maida, baking soda and baking powder and mix well (DO NOT BEAT)

* Step 3

Preheat the oven at 180 for 10 mins. Spread baking sheet in the mold and add a little oil, pour the mixture into it.

* Step 4

Bake for at least 30 minutes.

* Step 5

Decorate it with almonds.
