Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash the chicken and marinate with 1/2 tsp salt.
* Step 2
Deep fry the the chicken in hot oil
* Step 3
Fry the chicken light golden brown and then remove the oil from the pan and leave about 1/2 cup oil in the pan, wash the tomatoes and put them into the pan
* Step 4
Mix them and cover the pan for 4-5 mins.
* Step 5
Add 1/2 cup water into the ginger garlic paste
* Step 6
Add the paste into the chicken and cover with the lid for 2-3 mins
* Step 7
Peel the tomato skin off the tomatoes and then add green chilies into the chicken
* Step 8
Add black pepper and salt
* Step 9
Mix well and cook for 3-4 mins
* Step 10
Mix well until the oil comes from the curry then dish out
* Step 11
Decorate with green chilies
