I make this kabab before eid so I can just fry on Eid day!! You can serve kabab with matar pulao, the best combo!!! #cpl #zafran

Ingredient

Mutton

1/4 kg

chana daal

1 slice

adrak

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Gosht or chane ki daal me ande or oil ke ilawa tamam saman daal kar 1glass pani daal kar cook karlen, taqreeban 30 mins ke gosht gal jaye or pani khushk hojaye

Ab us mixture ko grind karlen! phir isme anda mix karlen or hara dhania hari michen or podina bhi add karlen

Iski kabab-like shape bana kar freeze karlen, jab zaroorat pare to oil garam karke shallow fry karlen!!
