During fasting, we always have fruit or fruit based drinks, juices or milkshakes in our diet. Since most of the fasting food is carb loaded, it gets essential to balance the diet and include food with proteins and vitamins-minerals.

* Step 1
Peel and cut the apple, in a blender add apple, sugar and ice cubes.
* Step 2
Blend it nicely until apples are blended good.
* Step 3
Pour it into your fav glass, chilled.
