I like to change up my chana chaat recipe depending on my mood and the ingredients I have on my hand. The recipe I'm sharing with you today is the easiest and simplest, yet the most delicious in my humble opinion.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Boil the chickpeas in boiling water mixed with haldi and salt, drain and set aside.
* Step 2
In a large bowl, add all the other ingredients and mix until well combined.
* Step 3
When ready to serve, toss the chana chaat once more and top with more chopped coriander if desired.
