Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take a bowl add boiled potato and mash it, then add chopped green chilli. Add chopped coriander,add coriander powder,add chopped garlic lastly Add salt,add red chilli powder mix it well properly.
* Step 2
Slit green chilies with the help of the knife and deseed them.Stuffed green chilies with achari potato filling & set aside.
* Step 3
In a bowl, add all purpose flour,add ghee,add carom seeds Add water mix well until crumbled.Gradually knead until hard dough is formed.
* Step 4
Now take strip,apply water and twist around the green chilli (makes 6-8) like this.
In wok,heat cooking oil and fry on low flame until golden brown.
Wrapped chilli bites is ready.
