Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Marinate the fish pieces in the lemon juice and salt for 15 minutes, wash and place in a colander to drain the water.
* Step 2
Make a thick batter with water, basin, red chilli powder, cumin, turmeric, salt and soda bi-carbonate.
* Step 3
Coat each slice with the batter and deep fry.
* Step 4
Sprinkle with chaat masala and serve with ketchup or chutney.
