Ingredient

Yogurt

1/2 cup

water

1 kg

Beef

3/4 cup

Oil

1 tbsp

Whole spice

to taste

Salt

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a blender add yogurt, green cardamom, fried onion and water. Mix it well.

* Step 2

Now heat the oil in a pan, add ginger garlic paste, sauté it, add whole spice & beef, mix well. Cook for 2-3 minutes, add water, cover it with lid and let it cook until beef tenders 90%. (Add water if required).

* Step 3

Add yogurt, salt, red chilli powder & coriander powder, mix and cook for 2-3 minutes.

* Step 4

Add onion paste mix it well, cook for 3-4 minutes.

* Step 5

Cover the lid with & cook for 5 minutes on medium low flame.

* Step 6

Sprinkle ginger and coriander and serve with paratha
