Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat ghee and oil in a pan.
* Step 2
Now add ginger and garlic and fry until turns golden brown.
* Step 3
Add green chilli and tomato and fry for 2-3 minutes. Add coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, and cumin powder and fry for a minute. Now add little water and cook for 3-4 minutes. Add kaleji and salt and cook for 3-4 minutes.
* Step 4
Now add yogurt and cook for another 6-7 minutes.
* Step 5
Add garam masala powder, salt, and fresh coriander and cook for a minute. Serve hot with Naan or Phulke.
