Gaajar ka halwa

Ingredient

2 kg

carrots

1 1/2 cup

sugar

1 cup

khoya

1/2 cup

desi ghee

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Carrots ko dho kar use kadu kash karlen.

* Step 2

Pan me ghee daalen or usme cardamom powder daalden or gajaren add karke mix karen or slow flame pe isko cook karen or isko cover karke isi ke pani me gajron ko galne dein.

* Step 3

Galne ke baad usme sugar add kiya or slow flame pe use cook karen ke sookh jaye.

* Step 4

Jab sookh jaye to dry milk daal kar mix karen.

* Step 5

Ab isme khoya or nuts add karke mix karen or slow flame pe 3-4 min ke liye dam pe rakhden. or dishout karlen eggs ke decorate karlen.
