California Farm Tahini
Cast Iron pan toasted whole sesame seeds, ground, mixed with untoasted white sesame seeds, then whipped into a cream dip with olive oil and sunflower oil. This cream dip is also called Tahini. Great on crackers, sandwiches, and mixed with eggplant or garbanzo beans to make hummus. Stays fresh a month in fridge.

1/2 hour
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat dry cast iron skillet. Stir in sesame seeds till lightly toasted. Cool. Grind with mortar and pestle.
* Step 2
Put in food processor, add 1/2 tsp salt, add 2 Tbs olive oil, blend, taste, add sunflower oil 1 Tbs at a time till paste is to your liking. Keep in fridge till flavors have blended, about a day. Ready to use, enjoy.
