#ilovepaste Wondering what to do with all those boxes of penne pasta in your kitchen? Don't settle for pasta and tomato sauce. With a few extra steps, you'll have an easy dinner everyone will be drooling over.

Ingredient

penne pasta

cloves

garlic

1 cup

chicken

to taste

salt

1/2 tbsp

pepper

1 pinch

haldi

1/2 tsp

chaat masala

1/2 tsp

brown sugar

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add salt to the boiling water, then add the pasta. Cook according to the package instructions, about 10-15 minutes.

In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add the olive oil and heat until the oil starts to shimmer. Add the garlic and cook, stirring, until fragrant, 1 to 2 minutes. Add chicken and give it a mix.

* Step 3

Add the chopped tomatoes, red chilli flakes, seasoning and salt and pepper to taste. Bring to a boil and cook for 5 minutes.

* Step 4

Drain the pasta and add it to the sauce.

Garnish with some cheese and serve warm.
