Oil me onion ko fry kren or brown hone pr usme lehsan adrak ka paste daal kr fryy kren.

* Step 2

Fry hone k baad usme sare dry masalay or tomato daalden or bhun len. Jb tomatoes gal jayen or masala bhun jaye lauki ko kaaat ke isme add krlen.

* Step 3

Chane ki daal ko ek ghnta biggho k isme daal den.

* Step 4

Phr achi tarah lauki or chane ki daal ko bhun ke or ek glass pani daal kr halki aanch me pakne de!

* Step 5

Jb panj kushk hjaye or oil nikal aye phr isme hara dhania or hara masala daal kr serve kren.
