Raw Banana Kofta

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Boil raw Banana and potato well.. Then smashed them into smooth paste and add cumin powder, asafoetida powder, turmeric powder, fennel seeds, flour and salt as required..
* Step 2
Now make small round shape out of the paste and shallow fry the balls until it turns red brown in both sides.. Keep it aside.. Then add mustard oil let it heat on medium flame then add sliced ginger, dried red chilli, bay leaf, slit green chilli saute and cumin seeds saute all for 20 seconds
* Step 3
Now add a paste made of cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, cream, salt as required and little water.. Saute them for 1 minute now add half cup boil water.. When the water started boiling add the koftas.. Cook it for 10 minutes stir Occasionally.. Lastly add crushed dried fenugreek leaves and ghee..
