Fried Masala Mutton

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Marinate the mutton with 3 tablespoon curd, 2 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon turmeric powder for 3 hours.. Now add all the spices - roasted cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, the add the paste made of 3 inch ginger, 8 pods garlic, 2 sliced tomatoes, 1 big sliced onion, 2 tablespoon curd.. Mix very well with the mutton. Keep it aside
* Step 2
Now heat a pan add 3 tablespoon mustard oil let it heat.. now add whole spices 4 cardamom, 2 stick cinnamon, 1 bay leaf and 1 medium sized sliced onion.Saute it until onion turn brown in colour.. Now add the marinated mutton.. Cover the pan.. And let it cook in low flame until the meat got tender.. Now rise the flame and cook rest of the mutton in medium flame.
* Step 3
When the meat seems to be like fried and you can get the smell of the fried spices add garam masala made of roasted cardamom, cinnamon, bay leaf, cloves, black pepper, fennel seeds, dried red chilli. Fry the mutton for more 5 minutes now add 1 tablespoon butter mix it well.. Mutton fried masala is ready to serve
