Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Chilli Shezwan Potato
Cut the potato as above picture. I hv took 1 potato for this. Boil the potato for 5 minutes. Strain the water. Now add cornflour with boiled potatoes and deep fried them.
* Step 2
For the chilli Shezwan sauce take a pan heat it then add 1 table spoon soybean oil, now add 1 cube sized onion, 8 pods smashed garlic, sliced 4 to 5 green chilli, saute it for 5 minutes now add little water and add 1 table spoon Shezwan sauce, Chilli sauce, soya sauce, tomato sauce, vinegar lastly add salt as taste
