Homemade papdi

Ingredient

1 cup

maida

1/4 cup

semolina

2 tsp

oil

As needed

oil for frying

To taste

salt

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take a big bowl add all ingredientes, add water and make soft dough.

* Step 2

Cover it with lid and keep it for rest for 30 minute.

* Step 3

Now roll it and the cut small padi with the help of any cutter.now press it with fork.

* Step 4

Deep fry all papdi in medium hot oil.
