Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take a pressure cooker, add oil add mustard seeds and whole red chilli, when it spluter, add all vegetable and all dry masale saute 3 minute, add toor dal and water as needed, cooked it for 4 to 5 whistle.

* Step 2

Add tamarind sauce and sambhar masala, mix well.

* Step 3

Sambhar is ready, serve with rice or idli or dosa.
