Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Boil milk in a Kadhai and keep on stirring till it reduced to half.
* Step 2
Dissolve citric acid in water and keep aside.
* Step 3
Add few drops of acid mixture in milk and keep on stirring. It starts curdling. Repeat this process after sometime.
* Step 4
When it reaches rabdi like constancy, add sugar and keep on stirring.
* Step 5
Add Cardamom powder and stir well.
* Step 6
Now add few drops of citric acid solution to completely curdling of milk. Keep on stirring, when thickens switch off the gas but keep on stirring.
* Step 7
Take a plate or thali, grease it with ghee. Spread mixture on thali.
* Step 8
Cut pistachios into thin sliced and spread it on kalakand thali.
* Step 9
Allow it to cool and set, cut into square pieces and serve.
