Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Peel bottle gourd and cut it into thin round slices.
* Step 2
No heat up the grilled or tava apply oil on it and roast both the sides of slices on it.
* Step 3
Cut onion and tomatoes. Heat the oil in a pan and add onions. Fry till they become reddish brown. Now add all dry spices and mix well.
* Step 4
Now add tomatoes and mix it. Now add roasted bottle gourd, mix and cover it. Cook for five minutes. Serve hot with roti.
