Ragi Chocolate Milkshake

Starting this great week on a healthy note again. In frame you can see, Ragi Chocolate Milkshake which is a breakfast replacement drink for your busy mornings. All you have to do is prepare the ragi mass a night before, freeze it overnight in the refrigerator and blend it with the milk in the morning for a quick and filling breakfast.

Ingredient

Food ration :

1 serving
2 tbsp

ragi flour

2 tbsp

sugar

cubes

Ice

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a pan add 1/3 cup water, add the ragi flour and cocoa powder and using a whisk combine together. Now keep this pan on a stove on medium flame. The mixture will start to thicken using whisk try to break it and keep stirring occasionally, you will find it turning into a thick mass. Switch off the flame, transfer to a plate and let it cool completely.

* Step 2

In a mixer combine milk, vanilla extract, sugar and the cooled ragi-chocolate mass.

* Step 3

Blend for a minute until well combined. Pour into tall glasses and enjoy.
