Need a quick chocolate fix? Try making this easy microwave mug cake which gets ready in 2 mins. It's even more delicious with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.

3 tbsp
maida
2 tbsp
sugar
2 tbsp
cocoa powder
1 tsp
baking powder
2 tbsp
canola oil
3 tbsp
milk
1
egg
Pinch
salt
1/4 tsp
vanilla extract
1 tsp
sprinklers
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a mug, break the egg and whisk a little with fork. Add milk, oil and mix together.
* Step 2
Now add dry ingredients (flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, salt) and mix well
* Step 3
Next add vanilla extract. Do not over mix.
* Step 4
Microwave for 1 minute 30 secs on high. Start checking from 1 min.
* Step 5
Now top it up with sprinklers or your favourite ice cream, drizzle some chocolate syrup and choco chips. Serve.
