* Step 1
Take a bowl add suji,curd and half cup water,1 chopped green chilli,mix well,add salt and turmeric powder and keep aside for 15 mins.
* Step 2
Now check consistency add 1 tbsp water and mix again now add 1 pouch eno and mix gently consistency semi thick like idli batter.
* Step 3
Take a pan put a wire stand.Fill 1 glass water in pan,cover with any plate or lid.Put a wire stand or perforated plate reverse, let it boil.
* Step 4
Take 4 bowl /katori and grease with oil,fill ready batter upto 60% cover with any lid to steam it steam for 5-7 mins check with a toothpick if it comes clean,khaman is ready
* Step 5
Let the bowls cool for 2-3 mins.meanwhile prepare seasoning.Take a tadka pan add oil,mustard seed,green chilli slit,saute for a minute,add red chilli powder,add 2 tbsp water,cook for a minute seasoning is ready.
* Step 6
Loose sides by knife and take out khaman and spread seasoning over it,tasty khaman ready.Serve with chopped onion,mix of chilli and tomato sauce.Happy eating.Enjoy!!!
