750 gms

curd

as needed

Saffron strands

1 tbsp

warm milk

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Tie the curd in a muslin cloth and let all the water drain out. Takes about 3 hours. Soak the kesar strands in warm milk and set aside.

* Step 2

Once the thick curd is ready take it in a bowl. Add powdered sugar, elaichi powder and the kesar milk and beat everything well. Garnish with pistachios and serve with your meals. Enjoy!
