Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Cut the leftover idlis into half. Deep fry in hot oil for a few minutes. The idlis should not be too crisp. Remove and set aside.

* Step 2

Heat oil in a non stick pan. Add the chopped onion and saute for a few minutes. Next add the tomatoes and saute for 2 to 3 minutes. When tomatoes get soft add the carrots and capsicum. Mix well. Add the pav bhaji masala, red chilli powder, pepper powder, chaat masala, salt and lemon juice. Mix well. Adjust the gravy by adding 2 to 3 tbsp of water. Add the fried idlis and mix well. Serve immediately garnished with coriander leaves and some butter on top. Enjoy!
