Papad Ki Sabzi
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Whisk together the curd, haldi, salt, red chilli powder, dhania powder and besan. Heat oil in a pan add the cumin seeds. Once they crackle up add the whisked curd. Cook for a few minutes. Add the water and cook till the oil seperates.
* Step 2
Roast the papad and break into 5 to 6 pieces. Add this to the gravy. Mix well. Add lemon juice and garnish with coriander leaves. Enjoy!
