Spaghetti and meatballs

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan. Add all the mince balls and toss them on medium to high flame. Cook till golden brown. Now add the crushed garlic, tomato puree, oregano, brown sugar and olive oil. Mix well and cook for 10 to 15 minutes.

* Step 2

In a bowl mix chicken mince, salt, pepper, garlic, breadcrumbs, parmesan, oregano, parsley, chilli powder and chilli flakes. Make medium sized balls and set aside.

* Step 3

Boil spaghetti in water with salt and a little oil. Strain and set aside. Place spaghetti in a plate, pour the sauce and meatballs over it. Garnish with basil leaves and Enjoy!
